LgMAR Software ("us", "we", or
"our") provides Telix application and iTelix mobile application (the "Applications").

informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of
personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with
that data.
We do not
collect any data or personal information simply because all information
provided by or shown to these applications is stored in each customer’s
database and each user’s mobile device. This also applies to login information,
preferences, session information etc. The customer database is stored to the
customer’s premises.

Our Telix application, with a Gmail user’s permission and
consent, can read, compose, send permanently delete email messages from a user’s
Gmail account. This is in order to incorporate Gmail account’s messages with messages
from other email accounts from other domains the user has. Gmail email messages
are not shared. Gmail users can revoke access of Telix
application to their Gmail mailbox at any time.
